LAEP (Parent-Child meeting place)
A LAEP is a welcoming place for children under 6 years old, usually with their parents (or grandparents, closed ones, etc.). This place allows children to play, to socialise before going to school and allows parents to discuss freely with other parents. Staff are present to promote interactions and listening but there is no organised activity, which allows children to play freely. To-be parents are also welcome.
These locations are not therapeutic, and the staff present do not give educational advice.
