POC (Orientation and Coordination Platform)

The POC is a project led by the Ligue de l’enseignement 42 (Teaching Ligue 42), Centre Hospitalier Universitaire 42 (University Hospital Centre 42) and by the APAJH 42 (Association for Adults and Young with a Disability). Its goal is to assist children under 7 years old in who show warning signs related to their neurodevelopment. This would allow a better access to a diagnosis as well as early assessments and interventions.
Tombée du nid (Fell from the nest)

This association aims to support the families with a child with a disability from their birth to their 20th birthday.
It can start during the pregnancy when support, listening, exchanges and sharing of experiences can be organised. Once the child is born, the association can help you fill out the MDPH (Departmental House for Disabled People) form, go with you to the medical appointments, help you find a medical professional, organise play and relaxation times with your child and provide support as well as an attentive ear.

To register, you only need to download the application by scanning the QR code.
